Mohamed Redhza Bin Abdul Rahim is a Superintendent of Police and Assistant Director in the Service Development and Inspectorate (SD&I) Division, Police Headquarters, Singapore Police Force (SPF). Prior to taking up position in SD&I, he spent one year as an Academic Advisor with the Operations Department of Abu Dhabi Police, United Arab Emirates. He also spent a year attending the Senior Command and Staff Course with the Republic of Indonesia Police (SESPIM POLRI), in Lembang, Indonesia.

In his 16 years of service with the SPF, he has also been an Aide-de-Camp to the President of Singapore, serving the late President Ong Teng Cheong, and the current President S R Nathan, as well as a Commanding Officer of Jurong East Neighbourhood Police Centre. Redhza has an MSc. degree in Strategic Studies from Nanyang Technological University, and a BSc. degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore.
